A six-week online programme for medical students and professionals who want to design a career that helps others as much as possible. • Structured learning – Explore evidence-based frameworks for prioritising cause areas, making career decisions under uncertainty, and planning long-term impact. • Personal guidance – Join a small discussion group with a trained facilitator, plus two 1-on-1s for tailored feedback and support. • Capstone project – Develop a concrete one-year plan toward an impactful medical career, and earn a certificate of completion. • Community & follow-up – Stay connected through post-course check-ins and access further advice from orgs like 80,000 Hours and Probably Good.
