J-PAL Latin America and the Caribbean is seeking a Senior Research Associate in Guatemala to support the field implementation and evaluation of a pilot program aimed at improving economic opportunities through skills development.

Coordinate logistics, data collection, and analysis for the Beca Artesano pilot, working closely with government and local partners
Prepare and manage survey instruments, clean and analyze data using Stata, and support qualitative research activities
