J-PAL Latin America and the Caribbean is seeking a Senior Research Associate in Guatemala to support the field implementation and evaluation of a pilot program aimed at improving economic opportunities through skills development.
- Coordinate logistics, data collection, and analysis for the Beca Artesano pilot, working closely with government and local partners
- Prepare and manage survey instruments, clean and analyze data using Stata, and support qualitative research activities
- Serve as a key liaison between research teams, government counterparts, and local facilitators
- Open to citizens or foreigners with valid Guatemalan work permits or visas at the time of application
