Description
A role for MEL professionals with at least 3 years of experience to strengthen data and evidence systems within a Nigerian government social protection agency, embedded directly alongside agency staff.
  • Impact - work inside a partner government agency to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations through social protection programmes including cash transfers, nutrition, and livelihoods
  • Responsibilities - design and implement MEL frameworks, build staff capacity through training and mentoring, and produce data analysis, dashboards, and policy-relevant reports
  • Skills required - proficiency in Stata, R, or SPSS, plus Power BI or Tableau; experience designing MEL systems and working with government institutions is highly desirable
