Sightsavers is seeking an experienced programme manager based in Nairobi to lead the Mastercard Foundation Digital Futures programme in Kenya, with a focus on economic inclusion for young people with disabilities.
- Role – Provide strategic leadership and coordination for a 4.5-year programme enrolling 12,200 young people with disabilities, at least 70% of whom are women, in digital, IT, and entrepreneurship training
