Description
The Animal Legal Defense Fund is seeking a Legislative Affairs Program Fellow to help advance animal protection legislation through research, advocacy, and strategic legislative activities.
- Develop resources and manage projects to support priority animal protection legislation at local, state, and federal levels
- Draft, edit, and submit support/opposition memos and testimony, and collaborate with other departments on legislative content
- Participate in legislative campaigns, deliver presentations, and coordinate with various internal programs
