Lead Suvita's programme function to scale evidence-based childhood vaccination interventions across India, in a senior operational and strategic role.
- Own end-to-end programme delivery across Suvita's SMS reminders and immunisation ambassador programmes, managing delivery managers, field teams, and the government partnerships function
- Drive continuous improvement by diagnosing operational bottlenecks, strengthening cost-effectiveness, and translating insights from M&E and innovation teams into concrete programme changes
- Build systems for scale, developing playbooks, performance monitoring, and coordination structures to support expansion into new districts and states
- Lead and grow a team, supervising programme delivery managers and the Senior Manager for Public Health Partnerships, with the team expected to expand as programmes grow
Requires 8+ years of experience (including 4–5 years in team leadership), fluency in Hindi and English, and a base in India with a commitment to stay in-country and in the role for at least 2 years.
