The AI Security Institute (AISI) is recruiting a Strategy and Delivery Advisor to support its Core Technology Team, based in London — a role suited to organised, technically-engaged professionals who want to work close to cutting-edge AI safety research.
- Role focus: Support end-to-end delivery of research-oriented software and infrastructure, including evaluation systems, model-hosting, and compute access, working alongside engineers and researchers
- Coordination and analysis: Track activity, coordinate stakeholders, analyse usage and spend data, and produce clear readouts for senior government stakeholders
- Process improvement: Strengthen operating rhythms around technical workstreams, covering planning, risk tracking, documentation, and stakeholder updates

Salary: £40,415–£44,480 (national) or £44,195–£48,620 (London), plus a Civil Service pension with 28.97% employer contribution.
