A one-year interim leadership role at CEPI for an experienced strategy professional to drive R&D operational improvements and analytics during a critical organisational transition.
- Scope - diagnose and resolve complex, cross-cutting challenges across the R&D division, co-creating and implementing improvements to business processes and operations
- Analytics leadership - design tools and analytics frameworks to monitor strategic performance, support decision-making, and deliver insights across the R&D division
- Team leadership - lead the R&D Analytics and Planning team within the Executive Director's Office, deputising for the Director of R&D EDO as needed
