A full-time remote role for an experienced communicator and visual storyteller to lead all content, design, and media efforts for AI Safety Connect, a high-level AI safety and governance event series.
  • Scope - own end-to-end communications across social media, website, newsletters, op-eds, and funder materials, spanning roughly four major international events per year
  • Design and creative - produce brand assets, event collateral, and post-event recaps using tools such as Canva or InDesign, including on-site content capture at summits
  • Media relations - conduct journalist outreach, draft press releases and media kits, and manage story placement for flagship convenings in locations such as Geneva, New York, and Davos
  • Compensation - USD $78,000–$96,000 annually, geo-adjusted, with flexible remote work and international travel
