Description
CeSIA is hiring a Head of Policy Analysis to lead its AI policy research and publishing agenda, suited for experienced analysts with a background in AI governance and team management.
  • Role - Own CeSIA's analytical output: produce public briefings, op-eds, and explainers alongside private memos for MPs, journalists, and partner organizations
  • Team leadership - Manage a distributed team of fellows, contract researchers, and junior analysts, coaching and editing their work as the team scales
  • Stakeholder engagement - Present analysis directly to policymakers, regulators, and academic audiences, including closed-door ministry briefings and parliamentary hearings
  • Compensation - €55,000–€70,000 gross annual, full-time, fully remote within Europe (Paris office available); deadline May 22nd, 2026
