Fish Welfare Initiative is seeking a Program Manager to lead field operations, manage Program Associates, and build strong relationships with fish farmers in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh.
- Oversee day-to-day implementation of the Alliance for Responsible Aquaculture (ARA) program, ensuring water quality and healthy stocking densities.
- Manage and mentor a team of at least three Program Associates, conduct audits, and ensure accurate data collection.
- Spend 50%+ of your time in the field engaging with farmers and stakeholders, and lead the enrollment of new farms.
- Must be an Indian national or long-term resident, fluent in Telugu and English, and able to live full-time in Eluru; relocation and remote work are not permitted.
