A full-time opportunity for an experienced AI policy or diplomacy professional to join HD's AI and Emerging Technologies programme, supporting discreet international dialogues on military AI and advanced AI governance.
  • Focus area - support and facilitate outcome-oriented dialogues with governments, AI companies, and technical experts on military AI and frontier AI risks
  • Responsibilities - design and run project activities, draft meeting materials and outcome papers, contribute to donor reporting and fundraising, and represent HD in expert and diplomatic settings
  • Profile - 4–5 years' experience in AI policy, diplomacy, disarmament, or technology policy, with subject matter expertise and an existing network in AI governance
  • Location - flexible, with Central European Time or nearby time zone preferred; regular international travel required
