Description

A senior generalist role for experienced operators to build and run core systems at Active Site, a nonprofit focused on AI and biosecurity research.

Operations leadership
- Own planning cadence, execution tracking, and cross-functional coordination
- Translate strategy into timelines, owners, and delivered outcomes
Program and study execution
- Lead logistics for in-person biological uplift studies end-to-end
- Build repeatable systems for recruitment, screening, and operations
Systems and infrastructure
- Design internal workflows, documentation, and tooling from scratch
- Use AI and automation to scale efficiency and reduce manual work
People and organizational growth
- Build HR, hiring, onboarding, and vendor management processes
- Manage budgeting and coordinate with external finance and legal partners
