• Lead emergency response operations end-to-end: Design and implement deployment strategies, operational playbooks, and risk assessments to accelerate GiveDirectly's readiness across a growing number of countries.
• Drive fundraising and external representation: Translate field learnings into donor proposals and campaign materials, and represent GiveDirectly at conferences, media engagements, and partner forums.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team: Directly manage a Program Manager, support surge staffing for Tier 1 disasters, and foster talent development through coaching and clear accountability.
• Compensation (US): Base salary of $109,200 + 10% target bonus + $21,393 annual benefits stipend; comparable packages available for UK- and Kenya-based hires.
