Malaria Consortium is seeking a State Campaign Technical Advisor (ITN Campaign) to lead research, coordination, and implementation of insecticide-treated net (ITN) distribution campaigns in FCT, Abuja, Nigeria.

Research & Implementation (70%): Lead and coordinate operational research activities, including protocol development, ethical approvals, field team supervision, data collection, and analysis related to ITN mass distribution campaigns.
MEAL (25%): Support monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning efforts — including documentation of findings, learning briefs, peer-reviewed manuscripts, and dissemination to national and global audiences.
External Representation (5%): Participate in national technical working groups and represent Malaria Consortium in strategic meetings with NMEP, State Ministries of Health, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field; strong background in quantitative research, survey design, and malaria/ITN campaign experience required.
