Description
The Center for Strategic and International Studies seeks a research intern to support international economic analysis focusing on U.S. competitiveness, trade policy, and economic security.
- Intern will conduct research on supply chains, climate and trade, digital trade, and global economic governance while assisting with reports and quantitative analysis
- Requires junior standing or above with coursework in international trade, advanced econometric skills, and strong research/writing abilities
- Offers full-time in-person work through August 15 with option for remote/part-time fall term, $18-20 hourly based on education level
- Responsibilities include data visualization, event attendance, note-taking, and collaboration with internal CSIS teams and external government officials
- Based in Washington, D.C. with opportunity to work on international economic issues impacting foreign policy and global integration
