A field-based role for early-career professionals in Vietnam who want hands-on experience improving animal welfare across Southeast Asia’s shrimp farming industry.
- Implementation – Coordinate manufacturing, shipping, and on-farm installation of electrical stunning systems; train farm staff on humane slaughter practices
- Field work – Travel across Southeast Asia to support producers, supervise installations, and ensure sustained equipment use
- Monitoring & research – Collect usage data and producer feedback; support on-site research and learning efforts
- Impact & growth – Join an ACE Recommended Charity scaling a high-impact programme improving welfare for billions of animals
