Description

A high-ownership operations role at BlueDot Impact for candidates who can scale complex programs, focused on running and improving the systems behind AI safety courses serving thousands of participants.

Operations ownership
- Run admissions, cohort logistics, and facilitator pipeline at scale
- Build workflows, automations, and SOPs to support rapid growth
Impact and leverage
- Shape the top of funnel for AI safety talent globally
- Enable >1,000 participants/month and support top 5% into impactful roles
Systems and strategy
- Track key metrics (acceptance rate, NPS, dropouts) and improve processes
- Replace manual coordination with scalable infrastructure
Growth and compensation
- $120k–$170k salary, strong benefits, and visa support
- Path to Head of Programs within 12–18 months
