J-PAL Global is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Associate to support the day-to-day activities of its innovative education programs, including the MITx MicroMasters and Master’s in Data, Economics, and Design of Policy, based in Cambridge, MA.

Coordinate internal communications, marketing, and program operations with MIT departments and external partners.
Lead scholarship administration, manage learner communications, and support financial aid processes for the DEDP MicroMasters program.
Contribute to continuous improvement of learner experience and provide operational support for the Master’s program, including admissions and key academic events.
Hybrid work model: at least two days per week in-person at MIT; not eligible for full-time remote work.
