J-PAL Global is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Associate to support the day-to-day activities of its innovative education programs, including the MITx MicroMasters and Master’s in Data, Economics, and Design of Policy, based in Cambridge, MA.
- Coordinate internal communications, marketing, and program operations with MIT departments and external partners.
- Lead scholarship administration, manage learner communications, and support financial aid processes for the DEDP MicroMasters program.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learner experience and provide operational support for the Master’s program, including admissions and key academic events.
- Hybrid work model: at least two days per week in-person at MIT; not eligible for full-time remote work.
