A full-time on-site role for an experienced M&E professional to lead field monitoring and evaluation activities across Evidence Action's Nigeria health programs, based in Abuja.

Oversee M&E across multiple programs — including Deworm the World (DTW), SQ-LNS, Safe Water Now, and Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS), coordinating between MLE, program teams, government, and implementing partners
Manage data collection vendors — lead sourcing, ToR drafting, budget oversight, and data quality verification through field visits and back checks
Lead team and capacity building — manage MLE Field Operations Senior Associates, support staff recruitment and onboarding, and train government officials and external partners on M&E practices
Requirements — Master's degree in a relevant field (economics, statistics, public health, or similar); 6+ years of M&E experience in Nigeria health programs; proficiency in SurveyCTO; STATA experience is an advantage; frequent in-country travel required
