A 3-year term role at RAND's Center on AI, Security, and Technology (CAST) supporting operations, recruiting, and project management across AI security and biosecurity research initiatives.
- Full-cycle recruiting & people ops: Lead high-velocity hiring for AI security and biosecurity roles, and manage onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and staff lifecycle processes
