Description
The Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative (CBAI) is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to help support AI safety student groups at Harvard and MIT, as well as CBAI’s research programming, in Cambridge, MA.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, organizational systems, and internal tools
- Coordinate event logistics, including workshops, retreats, and speaker events with leading AI organizations
- Track expenses, support scheduling, and handle communications and website updates
- Work closely with student organizers and the CBAI team to strengthen infrastructure and programming
