FAR.AI is hiring its first in-house Recruiter to help scale a mission-driven AI safety non-profit from 40+ staff to roughly double its size over the next 12–18 months.
  • Full-cycle ownership: Manage 5–8 concurrent requisitions across technical and non-technical functions, from sourcing and screening through to offer support
  • Strategic partnership: Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and build repeatable, high-integrity recruiting processes from the ground up
