Description
IPA Nigeria is hiring a MEL Associate to strengthen data and evidence systems within a government agency implementing social protection programmes for vulnerable populations in Kaduna, Nigeria.
  • Build MEL systems: Develop agency-wide MEL frameworks, results frameworks, data collection instruments, and quality assurance protocols across social protection programmes (nutrition, cash transfers, livelihoods)
  • Strengthen capacity: Design and deliver training workshops and provide hands-on mentoring to government staff on data collection, analysis, visualization, and evidence-informed decision-making
