                A 1-year full-time opportunity for an experienced workforce planning or PMO professional to build and lead a centralised resourcing function at CEPI, a global health organisation focused on epidemic and pandemic vaccine development, based in Oslo or London.
                • Scope - Establish and operate a new Resourcing Hub, creating an enterprise-wide view of workforce supply and demand across funded projects and strategic initiatives

                • Requirements - Extensive experience in workforce planning, resource management, or portfolio management, with a proven track record of building new functions in matrixed organisations; familiarity with Salesforce or Vena is desirable
