Engage government & stakeholders: Represent Evidence Action in national and state-level forums, cultivate partnerships with ministries of health, implementing partners, and civil society organizations
Drive financial stewardship: Support annual budgeting, lead Budget-vs-Actual analyses, and ensure appropriate financial controls across donor-funded programs

Requirements: Advanced degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field; at least 7 years of program management experience in international development or public health, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role; proven track record managing complex, multi-site programs in Nigeria and/or Sub-Saharan Africa.
