New Incentives – All Babies Are Equal Initiative (NI-ABAE) is seeking a Senior Auditor (Internal & External) to lead audit and investigation activities across assigned states in northern Nigeria.
  • Role focus - manage and conduct objective audits of clinic operations and employee performance, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, donor regulations, and Nigerian law
  • Fraud investigation - develop and implement fraud prevention strategies, review evidence and records, and support recovery of organizational funds or assets
  • Compliance and oversight - monitor conditional cash transfer interventions, review adherence to cash disbursement, transportation, and communication protocols, and liaise with government agencies
  • Requirements - BSc in Accounting, Finance, or Social Sciences with 3–5 years of audit/investigation experience; professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or CFE) is a bonus; candidates based in Jigawa, Katsina, or Kano State are preferred
