The Institute for AI Policy and Strategy (IAPS) is hiring a full-time Events Associate in Washington, D.C. to independently manage and execute high-impact events that advance the field of AI policy.
- Lead end-to-end logistics for major events, including the AI Policy Fellowship, Alexandria Forum, policy roundtables, and staff retreats
- Own vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure seamless event execution
