• Stakeholder engagement: Maintain and map relationships with Ministries of Health, Global Fund country coordinating mechanisms, and development partners to advocate for dual/triple elimination (HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B) prioritization
• GC8 proposal support: Participate in planning, budgeting, and proposal writing meetings; provide technical input on integrating HIV/syphilis dual tests and benzathine penicillin into funding requests; and support drafting of PMTCT and congenital syphilis elimination sections
• Technical analysis: Conduct commodity quantification, review costing and cost-benefit analyses, and utilize Evidence Action tools such as quantification calculators and policy alignment frameworks
• Reporting: Submit monthly progress reports, share technical documents, and contribute to cross-country learning; reports directly to Evidence Action's Associate Director of Syphilis-Free Start
