Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance is seeking a Senior Specialist, Grant Effectiveness to drive strategic change and performance management across its global grant portfolio in Geneva, Switzerland.
- Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of results frameworks to align grants with Gavi’s 2026–2030 strategy.
- Develop and institutionalize tools, standards, and performance management practices for proactive, data-driven grant management.
