VAFAW is seeking a passionate individual with fundraising and grant writing experience to support their mission of improving farm animal welfare in a flexible, remote, volunteer Fundraising & Development role.

Lead and strategize fundraising efforts, including bi-weekly meetings and annual development planning
Manage donor development, outreach, and stewardship, including maintaining a prospect database and supporting donor events
Support digital giving campaigns, grant writing, and institutional funding applications, while tracking impact metrics and compliance
Collaborate on data management, reporting, and maintaining fundraising compliance
