VAFAW is seeking a passionate individual with fundraising and grant writing experience to support their mission of improving farm animal welfare in a flexible, remote, volunteer Fundraising & Development role.
- Lead and strategize fundraising efforts, including bi-weekly meetings and annual development planning
- Manage donor development, outreach, and stewardship, including maintaining a prospect database and supporting donor events
- Support digital giving campaigns, grant writing, and institutional funding applications, while tracking impact metrics and compliance
- Collaborate on data management, reporting, and maintaining fundraising compliance
