GiveDirectly is hiring a fully remote Director, Mothers & Babies to lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for a new cash transfer program aimed at improving maternal and newborn outcomes across multiple countries.
- Own the product vision — Define strategy, hypotheses, and roadmap for a two-sided product serving expectant mothers and donors, with a goal of proving impact and scale-readiness by end of 2026

- Drive the evidence narrative — Set the learning and measurement agenda, translate findings into donor-ready materials, and support fundraising with compelling proof points for HNW and institutional funders
- Lead cross-functional teams — Align Programs, Research/M&E, Partnerships, Safeguarding, and Tech without direct formal authority; 8+ years of relevant experience required
