EAII Advisors (Evidence Action's technical partner in India) is hiring an FP&A Specialist, Systems & Reporting based in New Delhi, suited for a finance professional with strong FP&A and financial systems administration experience.

Role focus - Balances day-to-day administration of Evidence Action's Planful environment (dimension maintenance, data loads, integration monitoring, user access) with hands-on FP&A work including monthly reporting, variance analysis, and planning cycle support
Requirements - Master's degree in Accounting/Finance (CA preferred), 7–10 years of relevant experience, working knowledge of US GAAP, nonprofit/fund accounting experience strongly preferred, and hands-on EPM/CPM system administration experience (Planful preferred)
