Gray Swan AI is seeking a product designer to join its Arena product team and help shape how AI systems are tested, monitored, and secured through clear, intuitive user experiences.

Role - Design and improve the Arena UI across web and mobile, owning work end-to-end from concept sketches to production-ready specs
Collaboration - Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, ML research, and GTM teams to translate complex technical workflows into engaging, user-friendly interfaces
Ideal candidate - 2+ years of product UI/UX experience, ideally in gamified consumer apps or tooling/chat interfaces, with strong command of design systems and usability principles
