A community engagement role based in Kinshasa, DRC, focused on mobilizing and informing communities about GiveDirectly's direct cash transfer programs.

Community outreach & mobilization: Conduct awareness campaigns, organize community meetings, and distribute information materials tailored to diverse urban audiences (varying literacy levels, gender, age, and vulnerabilities)
Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and residents to encourage participation and remove barriers to program access
Feedback & safeguarding: Collect beneficiary stories and feedback, handle complaints, and ensure strict data protection and confidentiality in line with GiveDirectly's policies
