Our global community is growing fast — more than 15,000 members from 130+ countries have already joined us, with new people stepping in every day. What unites us is a shared drive: to solve the world’s most pressing problems faster, by helping each person contribute from their unique position of strength. At the heart of this movement are **Moral Ambition Circles **— small, committed groups of 6–8 people who come together to find out how they can maximize their impact. So far, 230 participants finished the program with career pledges: indicating how they want to make the most impact. Along the way, the Circles have also led to many new collaborations, connections, and friendships. This quarter, we want to sharpen the value proposition of our community. To do so, we want to know the data: what did the people who took a pledge actually do? And how did it influence their life and decisions? Based on this, we can report about our impact and invite pledgers to share their stories, to inspire others to follow their lead. As our **Monitoring & Evaluation Volunteer, **you will become a part of the Core Community Team. You will work closely with Niki (program manager), Marijn (Community Manager), Julia (Community Director) and Jan-Willem (Executive Director). As we plan to recruit two M&E volunteers, you will directly team up with another dedicated volunteer. We plan to run the project from the end of July towards the end of September. Depending on your availability, we might expand the scope to include evaluation of other key community offerings.
