**Magnify mentee applications are currently open!**We are accepting mentee applications from individuals of all genders from traditionally underrepresented groups.

**About us: **Magnify Mentoring is a global network of over 250 mid to senior career mentors representing over 40 countries and a tremendous breadth of experience and expertise. Mentees are matched with a mentor who can help them achieve their goals. Pairings typically meet for 60 to 90 minutes per month for 6 months, with optional discussion prompts. Mentees are also invited to participate in training, networking sessions, and our Slack community.

Who can apply We are accepting applications from people from traditionally underrepresented groups who are ambitious and rigorous in their altruism, and want to have a positive impact with their careers and lives. Our target demographics include people from low-and-middle-income countries, low-income households, and underrepresented ethnic groups, but we are open to applications from other underrepresented groups. Past mentees have been particularly successful when they have clear goals for what they want to achieve during mentorship.
