IPA Nigeria is hiring a Manager to lead an embedded evidence lab within a federal institution, focused on strengthening evidence- and data-informed coordination of social protection programmes.
  • Research & Evidence Leadership: Drive a policy-relevant research agenda, design and manage primary data collection, and produce high-quality outputs including analytical reports, policy briefs, and evidence syntheses for senior decision-makers.
  • Data Systems & MEL: Strengthen the institution's data infrastructure and MEL systems, build reproducible analytical workflows, and develop dashboards and visualization tools using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Capacity Building: Design and deliver training, coaching, and structured learning events for institutional staff on MEL, data analysis, and evidence-to-policy translation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent IPA at federal-level policy forums and technical working groups, and position the lab as a trusted technical partner within Nigeria's federal social protection ecosystem.
