Description

In this role, you'll serve as the operational backbone for Apart Research, combining executive assistant duties with strategic operations work in AI safety.
Provide comprehensive support to leadership, including email management, scheduling, and expense approvals.
Coordinate events, retreats, and administer various programs and initiatives.
Manage databases, maintain organizational systems, and handle routine operational requests.
Identify and implement operational efficiencies to streamline workflows and contribute to organizational growth.
