Facilitate virtual programs to help participants learn about the core ideas of effective altruism while deepening your own understanding and making a positive impact.
- Prepare for and lead weekly group discussions (3–8 participants) using provided materials and facilitator guides (2.5–4 hours/week per cohort)
- Support participants, track attendance, and occasionally hold 1:1s; attend a training session
- Receive a stipend based on your location, experience, and number of cohorts (see stipend calculator); payments available in countries supported by Wise (not available in sanctioned countries)
- Application process includes a short form, trial task, and possibly a live interview
