The Development Innovation Lab at the University of Chicago is seeking a full-time Research Manager to oversee and implement development economics research projects led by Nobel laureate Michael Kremer.
- Lead research management activities, including project implementation, data collection, and evaluation for development economics projects.
- Manage and mentor research staff, recruit and train new team members, and oversee research ethics (IRB) applications.
- Develop and manage project budgets, build internal research management systems, and use AI to improve workflows.
- Build and maintain high-level research partnerships, present findings to stakeholders, and organize research events.
