Description
- In this role, you'll conduct research on how empirical research is integrated into tech policy litigation in the US at federal and state levels.
- Analyze research citations in briefs and amicus briefs for digital platform claims across different case types.
- Evaluate the attributes and court usage of research in platform accountability cases.
- Collaborate with a postdoctoral researcher and graduate student on the "Tech Research for Tech Policy" project.
- Work 10-20 hours weekly with some in-person engagements at Georgetown University's campuses.
