• Build & architect custom solutions — design and deploy Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and API integrations, including WordPress-Salesforce connections for supporter-facing portals and campaign tools
• Drive global CRM standardization — lead Salesforce onboarding for international offices and serve as a cross-functional partner translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Maintain data integrity & security — administer user roles, permissions, automation, and routine database maintenance while handling sensitive donor data with discretion
• Compensation & benefits — $70,000–$80,000/year with 100% employer-covered health, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO, paid childcare leave, and 401(k) with partial employer match
