Description
The Health Progress Hub is a new initiative addressing critical infrastructure problems in the global health ecosystem, and we're looking for advisors, volunteers, facilitators and fellows! We believe members of
might be a particularly good fit to apply for the role of teaching fellow, social media management volunteer, or facilitator, but perhaps they'd be interested in partaking in our program too! By getting involved in this early stage, your members will have the opportunity to contribute to building a lasting organization with a potentially significant impact on global health.
Our first focus area will be to help solve specific talent constraints in health policy advocacy and research that we observed during our ecosystem assessment. As a pilot, we will be running a course on health advocacy fundamentals open to all, ending in a real world, impactful project component. We’re partnering up with established and growing high impact organizations (LEEP, Fortify Health, ARMoR) which have provided us with impactful project ideas they are excited for fellows to pick up. Ultimately, one of our goals is to create a fellowship/traineeship designed for talented people from LMIC’s and help them build impactful careers in health progress.
